Kyle Parker was well-known and respected within the tristate business community and was active in several local volunteer organizations. Sadly, he passed away suddenly in a tragic car accident on September 15, 2009. Kyle is survived by his wife and two young sons. The Kyle L. Parker Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to a local graduating high school senior who has been through a similar unfortunate situation as Kyle’s sons.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Reside in Vanderburgh, Posey, Warrick, Gibson, or Henderson County.
Be a graduating high school senior planning to attend a post-secondary institution in the fall of 2022.
Demonstrate a commitment to community service and provide documentation of the service.
At least one parent or legal guardian must be deceased - evidence may be requested.
